Danielle Thompson of the Northern Ireland Bat Group at Barnett’s Demesne Spring Fair – April 2014

Thank you to everyone who visited the Northern Ireland Bat Group stall at the Spring Fair on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th April 2014. With people flocking in their thousands, our stall proved a popular attraction with our table constantly crowded with excited children eager to make their own bat badges.

NI Bat Group Chairperson Robin Moffitt and Bat worker Danielle Thompson were very pleased at the interest and enthusiasm shown for bat conservation. We hope that everyone got the answers and advice they wanted and we look forward to seeing many of you join us on our upcoming bat walks, talks, bat box building sessions and for the kids at our Young Bat Workers Club at Belfast Zoo.
